Broker import questions
How long does a CSV import take?+
Under two minutes for most brokers. Column mapping is automatic for supported formats. For new file shapes, the one-time mapping takes 2–3 minutes and is remembered for every future upload.
Can I import from multiple brokers into the same journal?+
Yes. You can run as many accounts as your plan allows, each with its own import source. Funded account, personal capital, and sandbox books all coexist cleanly with separate equity attribution.
What happens if I import the same file twice?+
Rulevana's duplicate detection prevents double-counting. Trades already in your ledger are identified by broker trade ID and timestamp — duplicates are flagged and skipped rather than imported.
My broker uses a custom CSV format. Will it work?+
Most likely yes. The manual column mapper lets you assign any column in your file to the corresponding Rulevana field. Once mapped, the format is remembered. The support team can also help map your specific format.
Does Rulevana have official partnerships with listed brokers?+
No. The brokers and platforms listed on this page are compatible with Rulevana's CSV import flow. Rulevana has no official partnerships, endorsements, or affiliations with any listed broker or platform. Names are used solely to identify CSV format compatibility.
Test the process with your own broker data.
Sync or import from the brokers you already use. The same fills you executed become tagged sessions, playbook signals, and review notes — without re-keying history into a template.
